This notice documents the implemented data flow. The business identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and applicable legal disclosures must be finalized before public launch.
Account information
Sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. The service receives a site-specific user identifier, email and optional display name. It stores account identifiers and billing references to manage access.
Project information
Cloud projects contain the design and any job or customer details you enter. They are associated with your account. Avoid including personal information you do not need for the job. Local autosave remains in this browser; downloaded files remain on your device.
Payments
Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. CabinetCNCPro stores the Stripe customer reference and limited event metadata, not your full card number. Project exports are processed on the server and are not intentionally retained as export files.
Providers and tracking
Hosting uses the Sites platform and its infrastructure. Authentication and payment providers process data under their own policies. This preview adds no advertising trackers or marketing pixels. Technical request logs may be maintained by infrastructure providers.
Your controls
Download or delete individual cloud projects in My account. Signing out does not erase this browser’s local design autosave; clear site data on shared devices. Account deletion and retention procedures must be established before public launch.
